Satyagraha – Democracy Under Fire is an upcoming Bollywood political thriller film directed by Prakash Jha starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai and Amrita rao in the lead roles. Kareena Kapoor will play the role of an international journalist. Current situations inspired Jha to make Satyagraha, a remake of the 2011 Tamil film Ko, directed by K. V. Anand. The first look of the film was released on September 10, 2012. Satyagraha is slated to release on August 15, 2013.
